How To Make Referrals
Our FOR THE ONE direct services program exists to address survivors’ need for consistency, stability and security. We provide support services not only for the child but also the “family” she resides with. Family may be biological, foster, or a group home setting. Oversight for our programming for each survivor is provided by our Care Team, which includes Executive Director, Program Development Director, Program Director and the Case Managers. Constant communication between counselors, mentors, and other support team members ensures that collectively we are providing a support system that cultivates her success. Often we work closely with social workers, juvenile court counselors, or other agency representatives.
If you believe that you have a child who needs our services, please complete the Request for Services form.
