As we’ve connected with many of you, we’ve heard several players needed a little more time to coordinate teams and schedules. To allow more people to participate, we’ve decided to move the tournament to a new date. Frequently Asked Qustions
When does registration close? Registration closes on one week before or earlier if divisions fill up.
Is my registration fee refundable? No. All registrations are non-refundable, including in the event of schedule conflicts, illness, or weather-related delays.
When will the tournament schedule be available? The full tournament schedule will be published one week prior to the event. Players will be notified by email and the schedule will be posted on our website.
When does registration open during the tournament? Registration opens at 11:00 AM on the designated launch date.
Can I change divisions after registering? Division changes may be requested up to one week before, subject to availability. After that date, changes cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if my division does not fill? If a division does not reach the minimum number of teams, players may be moved into a nearby division or adjusted at the discretion of the Tournament Facilitator.
What is included with my registration? Each registration includes tournament entry, a minimum number of guaranteed games, raffle ticket to self-select entry for amazing prizes, and participation in a mission-driven event supporting survivor care and prevention education.
Where do the proceeds go? All proceeds directly support Present Age Ministries, helping fund prevention education, survivor services, and community outreach programs.
What happens if it rains or weather is an issue? The tournament will be played in an indoor facility, so there will be no adjustments for weather.
Will food and beverages be available? Yes! Food and beverage options will be available for purchase onsite. Players are also encouraged to bring water bottles and personal snacks.
Can spectators attend? Absolutely! Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come support the players and the mission of Present Age Ministries.
