Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message. This includes:

• Training requests
• Event reports
• Volunteer info session RSVPs
• Newsletter sign-ups (email address only)
Donations are processed by our secure giving partner, Givecloud. We never see or store your full card or bank account details.
Referrals for our services are submitted through a secure portal run by Social Solutions (Apricot), not through this website.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running well. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.
Cookies
Our website uses only a small number of cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in to a password-protected page. Videos on our site are hosted by YouTube, and the video player does not load until you press play. Once it does, YouTube may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam; it checks how the page is used and may set cookies, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms)
• YouTube (videos)
• Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts (website fonts)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or when we believe it’s necessary to protect someone’s safety.
Our Email Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll use your email address to send ministry updates, stories, and event news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Keeping Your Information Safe
Our website uses encryption (SSL), and we limit access to your information to the staff and volunteers who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Please don’t use our website forms to share urgent or sensitive details about a crisis. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. To report a possible trafficking situation, call the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us through this website, please contact us and we will delete it.
